Industry Roadmaps

All industries are eco-systems. In order for an industry to be healthy, all parts need to be accounted for and healthy. Identifying all the skills, technologies, partners and advocates are an essential first step. This is followed by nurturing the parts that are under-developed. Finally, you need to look forward and project where things are headed and ensure that everyone understands this transition and can reach there together. As someone who has played a part in many aspects of the media eco-system, I have a unique perspective on why things are the way they are and where they are headed.

Trade Associations & Memberships

All the adages are true. "There is strength in numbers." "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together" "It takes a village". Building your network opens up opportunity for you and for the people in your circles. At the same time, by being a part of an organization, you allow others to know that you're part of a larger organization or group. This allows you to be a stake-holder and have a larger amount of influence. These are the groups and organizations that I belong to, and participate in.

ABBA Voyage

  • Outstanding Virtual Cinematography in a CG Project - Nominee

For ABBA Voyage to be nominated in this category is a testament in itself. The camera needed to be invisible to the audience as the camera represented the singers on stage. Secondarily, the cameras that created the side screens had to represent what an actual in-concert cameraman would do. We had an amazing team.
